SYNOPSIS

INHOSPITABLE is an illuminating feature documentary that exposes our dysfunctional healthcare system and the big business of nonprofit hospitals. This gripping film tells an inspiring story of patients and activists as they band together in an effort to stop UPMC, a multi-billion dollar hospital system, from making vital care unaffordable for hundreds of thousands of vulnerable patients in western Pennsylvania.
